At Capgemini, work life balance is good as company culture is ok ok. Initial salary will be good but appraisal and promotions are like nothing. Most leaders are arrogant and sometimes they threat for PIP. So overall experience is average.

Leaders ar bias due to favoritism.

Very healthy work environment in different locations. Job security is strong. Very good for starting career. IT devision has lot of opportunity. Take good care of their in hard time like in corona.

Work life balance, opportunities for learning new technology and tool, other recreation activities. I am working in capgemini BSV when you enter CG you get to know each unit comes under different name like capgemini invent, enginerring and technology my comments for BSV

Dislikes

Salary and compensation low even if you got high annual rating hike is nominal 1% or 3% more than who got an average rating. Switching technology is difficult happens only if your are in bench or project going to be completed in near future.

Low salary structure, not advanced tools to complete the work, manual working on calculations, low/no appraisals, almost all new staff every year in my process, dissatisfied feedbacks from the seniors, Not been given enough time to learn & perform.

Capgemini is just like any other MNC. Things which are good is like NSA( night shift allowance) but the amount is different for Business Service's and IT department. Only night meal is free. Rest benefits are same like any other MNC like 22 PL annually etc.

...d although they charge some amount from employee for getting day time transport. Compensation structure is very bad. You will not get what you see as in hand. So get clarification before anyone join the organisation.
