Salary is bad. Sometimes juniors will get good package more than the seniors eventhough seniors got good rating and appreciations.

Pros- Team mates were very supportive and knowledgeable, we had an excellent training program, had good work life experience and learning experience in the projects I had worked on.

Salary is peanuts for the quantity and quality of work delivered. Very discouraging if you are looking for appreciation for work. No hikes, a very sorry variable pay. Very bad management of projects in some cases. It would be frustrating to work in such a team. Work satisfaction would be zilch because of the poor compensation. Hikes and bonuses were given late inspite of the company scoring huge profits. Looking at the payslip at the end of the month would be crushingly disappointing. Not a good place to work if you are looking for challenging work and are ambitious. People here are too laid back.

...cially so don't join the company as a fresher instead join as a senior person. Salary is at lower side. Average learning curve if you remain in a single account for long term. Minimal career growth and compensation benefits.

Initial training provided to Fresher's is good. Very low chances of getting any appraisal or hikes in salary.

As a fresher engineer I learned lot of things like various technology and excellence delivery skill.

Compensation is satisfactory..managers do not value an individual strength. I do receive appreciation e-mailed from clients but that was unnoticed during my tenure.
