I am in Finance and haven't seen much work pressure here. They have more than enough FTEs to perform activites. Job security is good. Hybrid mode structure is there so one is not forced to come to office everyday.

Dislikes

...leave the organisation before years they have to pay training expenses of 2lacs. They also provide 50k of retention bonus after 2 years which is fully recoverable if you leave within one year of payout. CTC Structure of Capgemini very misleading and disappointing. Bonus, Gratuity are part of CTC which is unethical. 3 months notice period.

...an average it takes 3 years for an external hire to get his/her first increment. Even exceptional (top) raters have to wait for ~3 years to get salary raise. -HR is highly irresponsible wrt communicating exclusion guidelines for salary raise/ promotions/ RnR. Every year new uninformed criteria’s are introduced. -No lucid career growth plan
