The company recently introduced a Child Education Plan to help employees with thier Children's education. Moreover, the company offers flexible work hours and weekend off. Capestart also hosts events to keep the workplace fun and engaging. Working at capestart keeps me happy and I have a great work life balance. The company will value you and your skills. The company culture, vision and mission are really good. They arrange atleast one event per month to keep everyone engaged with fun and refreshing activities. There are many better chances to learn and improve ourselves. The new employee onboarding and induction programs were really smooth. The HRs are doing great job in collaborating, helping and clearing doubts of the employees all the time.
