Capestart also hosts events to keep the workplace fun and engaging. Working at capestart keeps me happy and I have a great work life balance. The company will value you and your skills. I love the work culture, management, career opportunities, job security, the culture, profit sharing benefits, Employee Stock Option Plan, LinkedIn learning materials access made available for all employees, treating house-keeping/security staff to top management people equally, child education fee reimbursement program, flexible shift timings for all, approachable management/leaders, overall great employees.

All good, but the salary could have been better. Work-life balance depends on the team/person.

I really like the fact that I am working in a well-established Multi-National company in my Home town. I am able to gain more knowledge about the international markets, economy and latest news along with my daily routine. The working environment is motivating and friendly.
