Salary Negotiation in an interview
Hi, I have had a first round of interview with the company. And mentioned my salary expectations as 15- 20% from my previous LPA. But after that I feel like I have undervalued my expectations. Being in the field for 9 years with the required skill, considering the market and the prospect company is a well known builder, i should have asked more. Anyway a face to face interview is scheduled next week. How to ask them a higher salary from what I have mentioned earlier. And how much I can ask more. Please help. Thanks in advance.

The company made me deduction of 50% salary from April 20 to till date. It is very difficult situation to survive in covid period. I coan not suggest any budy to do job in capacite Infra projects Ltd.

Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year, but please now a days everything changed.

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn’t address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow. On the job training is not given to new joinees.

Don't have that much pressure, work environment

Salary not on time , some site 2 months delay, full and final settlement not done... You have to forget your Last salary even after notice period served

...orking as a contractor firm and getting bills from Clients for like every month. But yet our firm and CEO is not able to pay us the salary from Last three months. There's no appraisals and hikes before 1 year. HR is only with you before onboarding, as you get onboard they'll start ignoring your calls, and start ignoring you as well. It's a Dussehra and Diwali fest and still Labours, Vendors, and staff waiting for salaries from past 2 and half months.
