...orking as a contractor firm and getting bills from Clients for like every month. But yet our firm and CEO is not able to pay us the salary from Last three months. There's no appraisals and hikes before 1 year. HR is only with you before onboarding, as you get onboard they'll start ignoring your calls, and start ignoring you as well. It's a Dussehra and Diwali fest and still Labours, Vendors, and staff waiting for salaries from past 2 and half months.

Project is better for knowledge. Site staff is good.

Dislikes

1. Company management is poor. 2. Salary delay 2-3 month. 3. Politics is very high work progress very low. 4. V.P is used very roughly language with site staff. 5. Admin is not qualified and do higher politics with staff. 6. Guest House condition is very bed no sweeper for cleaning.

Advance technology used.

Dislikes

1) Office Politics. 2) Salary is not in time & harrassing when you leave company. 3) Work Life balance is Zero who do not involved in office politics. 4) Work Satisfaction is also Zero. 6) Company Culture is terrible.

Nothing much to like here. Join here only if you're jobless. The only reason company has so many vacancies all the time because no one stays here for long time.

Dislikes

...e as as you will be doing 12 hours of work almost daily. Too much work pressure. Very less compensation as compared to the work. Site staff gets only Sunday off while Office staff gets Sat Sun off.

The CAPACIT'E company is very good, there is no issue of salary, There is a team of full staff on the site, there is only 1 problem, salary is not incremental

Dislikes

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn’t address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slowly.
