Claim policy is poor. Work-life balance is not there. Senior management dominance is there. No right to take the decision, specially in eastern region. You'll always feel that trustabality issues are there. Senior don't trust the lower management.

Dislikes: 1. Salary: The pay was good but didn’t fully meet my expectations for the level of responsibility. 2. Staffing: There were often not enough staff members, which increased the work pressure and made it harder to keep up during busy times. 3. Work-Life Balance: Due to fewer staff, I sometimes had to work longer hours or handle multiple roles, which impacted my work-life balance.

...tention to girls than work and even if someone is working hard, it has no value. They work excessive overtime for which no money is paid and if the target is not achieved it is paid from their salary. If someone does not have his own vehicle or because of money he has to go home from complete their night shift, then the GM " Mr. RAHUL JAIRATH" makes him work forcibly or goes by cab and asks him to pay money to the company. Today it has been 5 months since I left you and till now the company has not paid me my salary and no one is taking any action for this. My family is very worried, so I request the company "Mrs. MALAVIKA HEGDE" owner of this Company "CCD (Cofe Day Global Limited) " to please give me my salary otherwise I will file a case against them in the main court because my salary is not being paid. I requested to you Mam Please. Thank You!

I like my job, infrastructure, ambience, brewing coffees

Dislikes

Main thing is salary and when we works here they order us to do everything, but when we resign the job they can’t even provide a piece of paper like experience, brewmaster certificate etc. and other thing is really difficult to take some leaves if they’re experienced person because lack of staff shortage

But salary will not come on time, work life is not good, manager only have very less access, and compare to other cafe house there rule and regulations are very frustrating 😞
