The company was good for work-life balance. Salary used to come on time. Timely gifts and other things were a good thing

South Indians partiality. If you are from companies like google and facebook you can become head of the team whether your knowledge is good or not.

I apprectaite them for giving me my first job right during my graduation. The pay was pretty good and it was unexpected. The company focused on employee development. There were frequent team outings and rewards given for good performance. I felt valuable while working with byjus. Few managers who had good experience outside byjus were very supportive and acknowledged harkwork and efforts.

Dislikes

Tough the pay was very good but the work-life balance was negligible. Even if you had 30 casual leaves available , 15 sick leaves. U had to email manager well in advance for your sick leaves also. How on earth can a person predict when he or she is gonna fell sick? Plus sometimes it was like working for no heart person. There was zero human nature seen in managers who had started career in byjus and were working for the company for quite a lot time. Ultimately it's because of those careless and inhuman Managers that the company is losing everything.

Management and seniors behaviour where worst means, if I say that today byju's is surviving any type of conditions any type of typical situation just because of the management and senior behaviours and nothing else.

Please do not join Byju’s at any cost, it’s a sinking ship held a float by smoke and mirrors there’s nothing good to say about this company.

... you’re expected to do work even over the weekends - Lot of internal politics - No appraisals or pay hikes - Terrible tech stack / work

when it comes to salary it is good, but they never see there employee as human, no leaves, no permission, always over time work, over target, many fake promises, etc, worst as a company organisation
