You have to wore more than 12 hours every day. No appraisal, salary too less for all these long hours. They make you do overtime with no extra payment. Terrible culture and too much unnecessary pressure.

The company has great package and excellent career growth only if you meet up with the unrealistic expectations of the managers.

Dislikes

No work life balance at all. No job security. They will not think twice about the efforts you put before terminating you. Even if you do sales there is unnecessarily long documentation procedure and verification calls which will irritate and annoy the customer to the point where they cancel the product

On time salary. Work pressure is ok.

Promotions will not happen according to their talent. It happens only when the employee is having good relationship with the reporting manager. Frankly to say adjustment.

I have worked over there for 4 months, their training is difficult but after completing it, and doing one other of service , I left the job because of huge work pressure and they have given me negative FnF They were not responding and I posted this complain on social media and they contacted but doesn't helped me out Now I need to pay them 6000 wow... This company really deserve a failure. They didn't even given me experience letter I just have separation mail

No appraisal, no promotion, no recognition, pure politics, no payment of variable part of salary, reduction in ctc without notifying employees, terrible work culture, People here believe in playing blame games than providing or finding solution for a problem. Organization is focused on sales only, disrupted operations, they are
