Very very less salary compared to my education and experience. Very less appraisal also. Got only 2000 rs a month. That's not even 100 rs a day. My road transport is more than that. Bad company culture and management. please don't spend one year in hope of a good appraisal. Otherwise you'll regret it. Got less amount in my f&f too. Employee behaves rudely if you don't complete the target. They didn't provide WFH. Very strict about it. Otherwise they ask you leave the organization.

Byjus company is Good but inside management is very bad, they even don't know how to handle the team and how to judge the employees. no Training, no listening, ever had a lot of egos, wasting company time and the main thing is one who doesn't no anything related project ( like software, content, artwork)that guy handles or takes the lead of that project.

Belive the company untill you are in the organisation and never trust them once u come out, they promised me on layoff they will send one month salary but they deducted huge month and i was paid very very less.. and when I reach out them there was bunge of deduction. With no reason. I scared that should i Go for legal assistants.

It's proud to work with world largest education tech company BYJUS, currently its work from home situation so I have only vertual office culture experience and it's awsome, there is very balance working hours no extra burdens or pressure working environment and culture is good, very supportive team.

Dislikes

Overall everything is awesome in BYJUS, but they refuse to help in relocation or joining bonus at the time of joining from Delhi to Banglore with family, and seriously it's too expensive to shift because of kids addmission, rented house down payments, luggage transportation etc. It's bit painfull, at that time I was getting financial help from someone to relocate from Delhi to Banglore for joining BYJUS
