Average Salary is good. Still no work Life balance.

Dislikes

Don't expect work Life balance in this company. They will make you work even on Diwali & probably every important day where you should be with your family. Always managers will taunt you about how layoffs could remove you if you don't work your a off. Really bad culture, no personal life.

Byjus won't provide any service to Customer's.No proper Study for Students,proper Tabs and Service. Byju's is taking proof's from Customer which is linked with govt card. Making them threatening,4 Bounces at in 1 month,BYJUS Customer's are innocent but the Company is doing online Digital Rowdyism. Even for Byjus employees are not getting Clearance on F&F settlement.

When it comes to working in byjus,work like animals 10 to 12 hrs ,work pressure ,targets everything sucks everyday feels like hell , everytime you be like what will happen tomaro..Then even if u having leave balance in your account, they b like we can't, i was tested covid +ve in 2nd month after joining, they only accepted my two days leave and rest 6 days i was marked absent .simply forget about family ,friends, enjoyment,and work for them no matter how u feel or what r u going through at the end of the day they want sale.
