Job security is good. On time salary. Nothing else

Internal Politics because of few employees who will never leave this organization. Company wants daily collection without any failure. Only want revenue. Few old websites that are running and still giving revenues otherwise company would have gone. No new projects. Warning for New Employees: whoever wants to join should face the consequence of office politics and revenue pressure

...ith flexible office timing. company huge supports all employees on corna times. did not do any job cut and salary cut on that time. The Friendly staff encourage knowledge sharing. Overall it's a rewarding workplace for the past 15 years.

Dislikes

Sometimes, need to work more than working hours. Sometimes need to work on sunday and holiday.

...td earlier was a good company,but from 2018 too much politics and Hitler policy.Salary on time.If any one achieve there target no appreciation no incentive.Only target target..You cannot take any leave .

Too much politics which is created by two employees,No work balance ,no appreciation if you achieve something,No incentive no increment.Every day becomes challenge when you work in these company

It is said that one should not be emotionally attached to the workplace but I could not help doing so during my work tenure in Brishti Technologies. The CEO Mr. Sandip Kar, my co workers and my seniors were ever supportive and guided me in every step. I have got ample learning and growth opportunities while working here. Lastly, I want to say that in a time, when women are not safe in their own workplaces, Brishti Technologies offers the most safest environment for any female employee. I am no longer a part of the organisation but I wish all the best for it and wish that it flourishes with every passing year.
