Internal Politics because of few employees who will never leave this organization. Company wants daily collection without any failure. Only want revenue. Few old websites that are running and still giving revenues otherwise company would have gone. No new projects. Mental Torture, Biaseness and some senior member think all the dedicated and good employees are big liars. There is a huge communication gap between the managers and the higher authorities.
