1) Job is not at all secure, recently a lot of people got fired 2) Very client centric company, doesn't cares about their employees 3) Managers are useless and don't communicate with team

...y decided to cancel national holidays and give us as comp-off in the next month. No compensation for overtime,which happens almost everyday.

No proper management, no work life balance, no overtime compensation.

...ratism. Some inner circle employees getting higher hikes, promotion than others. No salary parity. Newly joining resources getting much higher salary than than existing employees. Company pouring money on new hires while old onces are leaving.

... mobility , depends on how good you are at politicking rather than your skill. 2) Below average compensation and opaque HR policies. Wont even honor internal parity in terms of ctc. Not the best place if you are competitive 3) 3 Months notice and no buy out options and they expect you to join in 15 days. 4) HR are bullies of upper management and will stone wall you on any disagreements with management
