There no such prominent culture in place which can motivate and push individual performance to the next level. Most people work in silos and lack of collaboration.

Company is less hierarchical. You can approach any employees with ease even if they are high in the hierarchy.

Dislikes

Blame game - Less appraisal. I only received 6% increment in my salary which is not fair for the amount of work and commitment I have put in. No Job security. No OT pay Some tasks were given at the very last minute and expect us to be done with it by next working day. So sometimes, I had to work over the weekends and yet the management does not appreciate the same. Appreciation is given to those who speaks the most rather than those who work for it.

No work life balance. Minimum 14 hours work. Overloaded Too much work pressure Weekend support Many people suffered with health issues due to continuous work Doesn't care about employees Even sick off or personal leave also you should able to support. Whether you going to die also you should finish your work first then die. Worst appraisal. if you work for 24/7 then you will best employee award for quarter. There is no sdlc or agile

My team was supportive and i have learnt so many things which i believe will help in my career growth. Company provides opportunities to learn new technologies apart from your daily job and Bringing Smile helps the children in need which is good initiative by the Brillio. Transport is very convenient.

Salary hike is slow and the you might wanna start searching new job outside once your project is over.

Work Life balance is good and so is the average salary of most people working here however it would be more beneficial to have flexible working options.

Dislikes

Depending on what your project and engagement is you may feel left out. Org is a pure consulting firm mostly operating in T&M mode so projects have a very short stint post which you go back to bench pool. This keeps happening and seems to be just the way the org works sometimes leading to feeling lesser sense of stability in the job.
