It provides an above average pay which can be a good start for freshers or the ones who are in need of a jump. They focus a lot on skill development so you will surely learn new things.

Connection with the higher chain of command is poor. And work hours a re uncertain

Work life balance is better here. Company care for the employee and their well being. From March till now company has kept us aware in all possible manner regarding Covid and alot of flexibility has been given to work in safe comfortable manner to meet customer commitment and deadline.

Dislikes

...very very low CTC when compared to market or same experience lateral hires guys. This brings the motivation Little down, as no proper salary banding is being followed. Other than this it's one of the best place to work.

Likes

Pay is really good as per the market standards and appraisals are also pretty good. Completely fixed and no variable component.

Dislikes

Very very poor work life balance. Working for almost 12 hours everyday. Every day starts by 10AM and ends by 11.30PM in almost every projects. And there is no validation or appreciation for your work from the managers.

On time salary. That's all the benefits you'll get.

Dislikes

Horrible work life balance. Managers are toxic and will force you to work on weekends. Have an argument you'll be escalated and director will personally call to threaten you and will put pressure else will lose the job.
