...join. Director behavior is very terrible he will mentally harras you, abuse you. He is very insecure person even he will not release your salary. There is 2-3 women who is leading the firm, lot of internal politics, bad words about each other. Worst part is they will not release your salary even you are working whole month. They will just hire you and starts harassing you. Director will call in the cabin and without any reason he will scold you. He just want to satisfy his ego,He always want a person for that. They will hire and within a month fire and without any reason they will deduct your salary. And without any reason director will strech your time. You need to inform them that you are leaving the office. Before 6:30 he will go on call so that you have to wait for reporting. And this is not with every employee his favorite employee can leave with informing. This rules are for few employee.

Dislikes

I don't think so there is anything to hate about it, the dislikes are freedom and extra safety Net they provide which makes employee love about them.

I like that i learned in this company how much i can hate priyanka kumari.

Dislikes

They don't even deserve one star. Kahne ki female oriented company h office time 6:30 pm k baad strt hota h kuki koi management system hi company ka CEO, School k principal ki traf office m ghumta h sabke systm m dekhta rahta h, pta nhi cameras ku lge hue h late late tak ye company female employees ko roktih, koi girl safety ki care nhi h Priyanka kumari worst TL (negative personality) Priyanka sch kdwa h par tum to kbhi git ho hi nhi skti ...hna ?? Worst company ever Calling people for job from another states then ask in 15days to leave job as they are not ready to work past 7pm or they want leave because they have medical issue. Only tl can have fever in this company.

Only they are offering you job. 🙂

Dislikes

No, Job security, no work life balance. Director is itself very insecure about the performance and his employees. Managers are not at all good. No proper management for employees, electricity cuts, Internet issues and at the end of the day the employee has to deliver their full task as electricity or internet were a part of work and we have to ourselves manage our time. At times water doesn’t comes. Not flexible for work from home. Every other person has trust issues here from top to middle level. Even if you are sick or anything they’ll not understand your situation, they’ll still ask you to come office after taking medicines and much more. It’s a big no to Bridging Gaps
