Good work environment, team is supportive .US office people are good compare to Desi office, our people will react abnormally ( management people). Good career growth once you proved.

...ment will be created so kindly make this IJP as private till we clear interview. 3) Salary structure includes more special allowance it need to be reduced & fixed should be increased as pf contribution is less. Note: I have few more things to type being from non voice (night shift), I worked hard even my excess leaves were expired during year end thinking we will get recognition & growth🙂. But I am Afraid I don’t want to disclose things anywhere on online as it’s not right platform. I hope company work on above issues so, that future employees shouldn’t face any issues as this company is really good.
