Good work environment, team is supportive .US office people are good compare to Desi office, our people will react abnormally ( management people). Good career growth once you proved.

No job security, compensation is also low compared to others.no transparent policy about termination.

...s in less than 3 years. You can check layoff.com/alliance data for more details. Only if you want to increase your package at the cost of zero learning you are most welcome here. But mind you since you will not learn anything during your stint here you may remain at the same package for quite a long time as the market doesn't thinks highly of alliance data candidates and that's my personal experience

Don't join the analytics or the IT team - your life and skills will be permanently ruined due to these terms internal politics.
