Me being from (non voice), I worked very hard even my excess leaves were expired thinking we will get promotion🙂. I hope company work on above issues & encash if leaves are about to expire.

It's a good place to work but still it depends on the team ur into. Few teams are really good but few are like okok. The company is flexible and it's good to work but few are spoiling the company name and fame.
