...re to like, pathetic work culture, I will not recommend to anyone to join there. They even not release salary on time. There is no any app for calculate CL SL PL, Even manager don't know how many pending leaves are there on employee bucket. Everything is manual. No attendance system for employee.

... really said when we got fired or not getting any wages from this company .....in terms of learning it's excellent but when we talk about wages and salary benefits..they will not support u they are totally depend on clients..but hope we will rejoin this company as we got work from.client side....but in covid-19 like situations they are not supportive

I like the environment and floor decorum of bpo office.

Dislikes

I dislike the the way HR team and Manager not bother about agents security, no increment in salary, no proper response from HR team on pay slips and after reliving no relieving letter were given after resign acceptence, delay in FNF amount and Experience letter which was a worst experience.

...s of hikes and increments... Later.. They All come to Cheat us like anything.... They let us work after completion of login time and they pay just 50 rupees per hour .... One of the worst BPO I worked. .
