I like the manager Narayan Sir. He is so good. So many same agers can work and interact at this office. In holiday all does fun in office.

Dislikes

Busy in everyday No holidays Low paid salary 7850. Rs Customer's use abuse language but you can't reply back. So much pressure in evening. For boys 2-11 pm they can't go home well'ly facing travelling problems. If anyone miss a day, salary day change to 10th to 20th of the month. They tell to improve call quality but headphones, pc, we use are broken, not working properly and if they audit that call and interrogating us and we say it was fault of equipments. They say you should sit in a well'ly working computers.

The entire system seems to operate on favoritism, where those who indulge in flattery get ahead, while hardworking individuals receive no guidance, only pressure and mistreatment. Even in cases of serious illness—whether personal or within their family—there is no compassion or support from the management. Also there should be a feedback call policy from bottom to higher management.

Worst company ever seen, senior always treat you like a animal, salary to less, never increment only work pressure increases, office environment is very pathetic, they gives the salary 7700 for all executive freshers and experienced doesn't matter for them

...ls aache nhi dete bolte hai alag dth se aache hai lekin thora v signal nhi aata. Employees ka salary khate hai, last month ka salary nhi dete faltu ka policy bolke employees se v scam karte hai aur karwate hai. Emergency mein v leave lene nhi dete. Sirf paisa khana hai inlog ko na training aache se dete hai. One of the worst to join, issliye humesa employees v change hota hai.

...my tenure 3 process closed up as the managemet not able to maintain their needs. only one process is going on and from 60 to it become 30 and still getting lowe, salary is ery very less only 13k. the company says even the employee completed 1 year only 250-500 rs incerment or else the employee can go and 90 days of FnF, the pf also not exit even after 8-9 month after leaving the company
