Partialty is there in junior and senior management , senior take loose talk with you , job security is not there if you disagree your boss opinion that means that you are not working good, post increment is very slow

There is a lot of politics and the management does not address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow. Every day Trainees working more than 8hours. because productivity increases day by day but Trainee count is same. so Our trainee continues his shift and four hours extra shift. This is the Worst situation.

Company policies are good and face values got better salary hikes. Huge variations in salary band Vs experience. Global support is extremely good. COVID 19 support is extremely good due to government push.

...ible for the same because of involvement at extremely below level unnecessarily.salary and career growth are very slow and hikes given only on face values not towards work or target achievements.

Lala type culture, monopoly of M.D, not secure job.for snacks u have one time biscuit & m.d is taking care of this that who is drinking more tea.
