Good work Environment and culture. Last year only Half bonus Given.

Dislikes

There is a lot of politics and the management does not address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow. Every day Trainees working more than 8hours. because productivity increases day by day but Trainee count is same. so Our trainee continues his shift and four hours extra shift. This is the Worst situation.

Company policies are good and face values got better salary hikes. Huge variations in salary band Vs experience. Global support is extremely good. COVID 19 support is extremely good due to government push.

starting package is good, Look like MNC ,but pure lala type company from inside.

Dislikes

Lala type culture, monopoly of M.D, not secure job.for snacks u have one time biscuit & m.d is taking care of this that who is drinking more tea.
