no consideration of long term employees. work overload, unnecessary expenses for managers and infrastructure but no seat for employees to sit. domination, partiality, unnecessary meetings panicking employees, no proper requirement sharing, not giving time for analysis,always giving tests for employees, too many prod issues, over time weekend supports with no it. no hike, always low rating, micro management etc

... good annual hikes, bonuses and annual gifts. 42 leaves, nice medical policy. Employer retiral contribution is separate from the CTC, hence whole CTC comes as in hand salary. It provides company sponsored accesses to learning sites like udemy, plural sites and certification courses. Work life balance is good. Free tea coffee and evening snack.

No or very less chances to travel onshore.

The work-life balance is very good. The salary is average. The company policies are transparent and management is generally healthy. The company promotes learning and updating skills of its employees

Dislikes

Work is derived from New york team. Hence not that much to learn. Appraisals are below average.

holidays they provided for employees otherwise inautix earlier was vry good for IT industry now its totally taken by BNY MELLON as its father cmpny. Worst work culture. In terms of skill , learning , good banking domain projects are there. Learning part is also fine otherwise thumbs down from my end.

Dislikes

Environment is very stressfull inside in terms of cost cutting in every part of employee benefited areas eg: team outing, onsite opportunity, travelling.. stress full environment.

1. The best part - work life balance. 2. Ample opportunities to grow in your career. They have good educational programs to continue your post graduation and have tie ups with ISB for data analytics , IIT / BITS pilani etc. 3. Good company culture to respect person life commitments. 4. Beautiful infrastructure - you feel like working in Google premises after entering in your office. 5. Safer in terms of job compared to other captives.

Dislikes

...compared to other investment bank captive. 2. No / Less onsite opportunities. 3. Annual salary hike is lesser compared to other captives.
