Good learning path, if you get the right team that has good seniors and managers (which is hard to get). Here politics wins and talent is not valued.

...everything here ) Lots of micro management that will show you he toxic culture. Very less of no salary hikes.(I haven't seen it since 2 years) Your talent will never be valued, Always politics, agreeing with your seniors even they are wrong or don't know about the topic, will give you promotions here.

I never felt too burden with my work but it is common to have more work at least twice a month other than that it is a perfect team to work with.

I dislike the RTO 😅 other than that everything is perfect, now with the market correction the salary is also very good for freshers.

As per my experience there was no job security. The job safety is depend upon rating given by your Team leader and when it comes about rating I was faced too much politics and threatened by team lead about PIP. So I must say if you really working hard don't go with bny mellon because there is no value of hard working employees only the person who is expert in. Buttering can able to sustain under such circumstance. Now just because of bny mellon company I left job without having any opportunity in my hand.

no consideration of long term employees. work overload, unnecessary expenses for managers and infrastructure but no seat for employees to sit. domination, partiality, unnecessary meetings panicking employees, no proper requirement sharing, not giving time for analysis,always giving tests for employees, too many prod issues, over time weekend supports with no it. no hike, always low rating, micro management etc

Actually nothing is her to be liked they are spending lot of money of campus etc but not paying to the employee. They did lot of lay off but still not ready to pay to the employee
