Compensation is decent, but growth is slow. The work pressure is very high.Sometimes I have to work 10-12 hours in a day. Management does not value an individuals unique ideas about the work. I received appreciations from customer but they only noticed my failure during my appraisals.

...nd Middle management who put sincere efforts doesn't get any perks and benifits. Poor Salaries paying to people worked for 20+ years.

...ooling in the name of manager were Your work will be similar to delivery boy. Salary and Increment is hardly 2 to 3 percent and based on favoritism. Company is under huge debt so they will cut or stop ur salary by just making excuses. I highly recommend not ot part of such environment were even women does not feel safe.

Salary, appraisal and bouns used to come from time, appraisal used to happen every year.

Blue Dart's company is a very Politis Bali company. What to say about it, there is politis here with too many staff. The staff gets cheated too. He is transferred against his will. Then it is evicted. Blue Dart is a politics company. There is a lot of politics in it. Local Managment is very rude and works in a completely stupid way.

They care about his employees. Provide salary on time with appraisal. Work environment is excellant under this critical situation. Proud to be a part of BlueDart.

Dislikes

Company should announced IJP facilities so that employees get opportunity to prove himself. Every employees should knowledge of operations.
