Clueless management, always want to peep into everybody works but still remain clueless. Company is run by a father and son who themselves are mostly have conflicting suggestions and next steps. The son mostly talk and act like a kid quarreling with his father for toys. If you can manipulate the management then you are the best employee, since the management is always looking for answers to satisfy themselves other than knowing the ground reality.
