IDFC first bank working culture is amazing. But little bit changes need like carrier growth and salary perks. Eg.am working with idfc for past 8 years, but have not getting salary increasment and designation role too. I don't know how to work for getting this.? Even Month by Month achieved 140 above % and met all the parameters as per Bank expectations.

...y carrier past 8years my supervisor only getting all the benefits from bank end. Like salary increase and designation change also . I started my carrier at IDFC as a sale's manager after 8 years completed as a sale's manager only. I don't know how to getting the next position in IDFC? Even I achieve all the parameters in terms of business and collection's, digital initiates.for above 140%.

...orth & East region. Only thing that was okay before Covid19 is the compensation. They were giving the salary they promised. Company policies are very good which are only written in the guidelines and none of them had ever followed. They are very supportive during this Covid19 period that they gave no hike and stop giving all type of conveyance. Moreover they asked people to leave the organisation and so many people has submitted resignation including me as they have to otherwise they will get termination letter. In a nutshell it was a great experience from which I have learnt a lot and are not going to repeat the mistake I have done during my college placements

Salary and incentives are higher than what other banks offer.

Work culture needs improvement, you are expected to work even during holidays or when you've taken an off, unchecked power is there, State heads can relentlessly target their TSMs and public humiliation is considered normal.
