Since the management is clueless about what is going on in the internal team, hence one have the privilege of working closely with the teams of different department and learn new things

Clueless management, always want to peep into everybody works but still remain clueless. Company is run by a father and son who themselves are mostly have conflicting suggestions and next steps. The son mostly talk and act like a kid quarreling with his father for toys. Am I on right path?

Right after my BCom, I took a service advisor role at Honda for ₹7K due to urgency. Later, I moved to a gas station for ₹10K, handling all kinds of work beyond office tasks. My breakthrough came when I joined as an order management specialist in Bangalore for ₹22K. To advance, I self-learned Excel, Power BI, coding, and automation, earning a specialist role. I also completed my MBA in Logistics & Supply Chain online. After four years, my salary reached ₹35K.
