Salary Negotiation in an interview
Hi, I have had a first round of interview with the company. And mentioned my salary expectations as 15- 20% from my previous LPA. But after that I feel like I have undervalued my expectations. Being in the field for 9 years with the required skill, considering the market and the prospect company is a well known builder, i should have asked more. Anyway a face to face interview is scheduled next week. How to ask them a higher salary from what I have mentioned earlier. And how much I can ask more. Please help. Thanks in advance.

While working here, you will not feel that you are working in a company. The more you work, the more salary you will get. If you want your full salary at the end of the month, then you will have to complete many types of door breakers, otherwise you will get your salary with deduction. Here you will not get even 1% support in the name of HR, you will have to beg the manager for everything from your salary to your work

There is too many rule makers , Day by day company Lose their market hold because of their Policy and Rules. Promotion is only depend on qualification & Degree not on hard work . Others company joiners get more benefits instead of Company's own staff did not get any hike .
