Company good but culture very Very bad no job security no salary security... Daily basis target morning to evening meeting on call and huge pressure,you don't achive target then you do work on Sunday..

-Very Low Salary. - I don't understand the logic behind not giving WFH. - Complete work from office for accounts and finance department, they will not give WFH, the manager will reject your request and ask you to take leave instead.

Only like about this company is the salary on time. Companies many member and employee are good helpful if you are working this company you can grow but some area manager and some TSL are not supportive. Like wb1 TSL and area manager are not supportive.

I am working in this company last 2 months. First month my area manager said me please quit the job because you cannot make any sales point. I don't know how to reach customer and they are not giving me proper training about products and what is the work. And it's very normal if someone not giving me proper training I cannot sell any product but they are still pressuring me. And second month they are giving me PIP mail and said if I not clear my pip they are terminate me. At 2 month new guy in this company came and they are not giving you proper training proper guide and expect the new Qamar selling very fast. If you want join this company company is not bad but some people in company is very very demotivate you and you can't job here. Some tsl's like I don't care about you if you work good if you not work also good. Tsl think I got my salary in time.

Joined company in Salary mode but after 1.5 Year company switched to commission mode. Therefore there is no Job security No Salary, No any culture, No Learning, No Promotion. All of this we are working in Toll plaza where is heavy traffic but company not provided any CRO to neither medical benefits not any type of Life Insurance. Hence this very poor company.

Nothing as such, but amazing things is higher management can deduct your salary as if there own decision, no HR interaction required or given as such information. Where GPS devices lost by technician by any reason, even they confirm to deduct from them, Still higher so called Inventory Team will deduct from a state manager, your salary also be deducted including the technician & Team Leader both. Every month salary will be deducted so called in name of reconciliation, but if after deduction if those device reaches HO or you get those by any chance, you will not get the arrears amount of those amount which has been deducted from you. This was the most interesting point which we have learnt from Blackbuck. Team salary needs to be deducted, but when the time of arrears amount comes they can't provide. & Required jobs 92% overall productivity in terms of salary given to technician 7k per months. Which management thinks is High paid technician.
