You get good incentive, you can take breaks any time, you get cab, sometimes like on Diwali and Christmas party is thrown (pizza and snacks and cold drinks thats it, dont expect much)

...during interview and you get nervous. The experience never remains pleasing. 2. Salary Negotiation - They don't negotiate much. Their range is narrow. So, don't expect much if you are from non-IT field. I was under the impression that I will get at least 30% hike but ended up joining on almost same salary. 3. Joining - You get called in at least one or two hours earlier, no one attends you. No welcome gesture or welcome kit ( which good companies provide). You get the joining letter almost 3 weeks later which you should have on the same or next day. 4. Training - This is worst part. Pathetic, I would say. In the name of training you are taught only 40% out of 100% . Rest, you learn when you make mistakes and get scolded in a very rude way. 5. Lack of soft skills - People here are totally alien to the concept of soft spoken skills. Rude and disrespectful toward any age group. 6. No SOP - There is no SOP. Everyone works here on their own way and the lucky ones don't get caught. And if you ask then you don't get straight replies.

...leagues are supportive and helpful. Management and managers are also supportive. Good incentive policy and salary is received on timely basis. Cab facilities are also provided.

No eating places available outside office premises.

1. No outing places nearby so u have to order online 2. Sometimes too much work but your manager will help in managing your work 3. No work from home option
