You get good incentive, you can take breaks any time, you get cab, sometimes like on Diwali and Christmas party is thrown (pizza and snacks and cold drinks thats it, dont expect much)

...during interview and you get nervous. The experience never remains pleasing. 2. Salary Negotiation - They don't negotiate much. Their range is narrow. So, don't expect much if you are from non-IT field. I was under the impression that I will get at least 30% hike but ended up joining on almost same salary. 3. Joining - You get called in at least one or two hours earlier, no one attends you. No welcome gesture or welcome kit ( which good companies provide). You get the joining letter almost 3 weeks later which you should have on the same or next day. 4. Training - This is worst part. Pathetic, I would say. In the name of training you are taught only 40% out of 100% . Rest, you learn when you make mistakes and get scolded in a very rude way. 5. Lack of soft skills - People here are totally alien to the concept of soft spoken skills. Rude and disrespectful toward any age group. 6. No SOP - There is no SOP. Everyone works here on their own way and the lucky ones don't get caught. And if you ask then you don't get straight replies.

...e many other MNC's .be honest about the reason and the manager never deny it . 5)Salary is fixed as we agree upon the time of joining , but there is no cap on incentives , you can earn good money to make your life better than yesterday . 6) Great work culture,Managers are approachable any time ,any concerns are addressed real time which is outstanding . . Biz2Credit is undoubtedly a good place to work with for any one who take there work seriously and we can easily manage our work-life balance here

This comes with zero severance and zero notice pay. -Some teams have 15 to 20 employees, as a result of which, your individual contribution is never highlighted or appreciated. - The management is extremely biased, not only with employees, but also with locations. - There is an irritatingly extreme level of micro-management within the company. Instead of doing proper work, the management spends more time in tracking people's screen time, login locations and judge employees based on that.

hr team is terrible, they won't listen to you and you will have to follow whatever company demands otherwise they will deduct from your salary. They are manipulative, and they only care about company and not you.
