they providing worst infrastructure, they not consider low grade employees as a human like machine, this is water manufacturing company but no proper water specialities at work area , lot of politics at there. in chennai location worst manager for department like production, logistics, quality etc. mangers are getting money from different ways so they dominating officer level employees handling favor for you giving money to managers, franchise getting profit for production but own plant doesn't getting profit, there is more gap between managers and officers grade employees, like work place, there is no proper chair for officers grade employees, employees doesn't have proper place to eat morning breakfast and lunch, so don't choose Bisleri company for work placement.

they giving low salary, taking more work from our side but not paying that much salary

Low salary high expectations 8. No PIP etc if your manager not satisfied with your job he will not discuss on improvement direct fire 9. Humans doesn’t work here devils work here 10. Logistics is horrible

What ever u performing very well there is no growth on your salary and promotions etc.cheap politics undergoing on asm and sm level they could appreciate all ur achievements but won’t give u growth for ur career it means salary hike and promotions sales officer ll be always ll be a sales officer even he performing high level sustain 4 years more

Poor salary structure for lower level employees. Not getting ontime TADA and incentive. Everything company do for us but it's take time lot. But its one of the great company ever.
