Good work environment and culture.Teammates are supportive and the management transparent.

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn’t address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow. There is a bond of 2 years before which you cannot resign. On the job training is not given to new joinees.

... one is safe rater he is a manager or he is sales officer. No job security here. Before COVID salary was not in time it was come on 20th or 25th of next month after so many calls to management and account department. Even after completed company sale targets company played only 20 days salary in first month of lockdown that was March 20, after 15th of April 20 in 3 installments of 7 thousands. After that they pressurised sales team to worked in field, in COVID-19 to achieve targets because water is in essentially gods. In four months of lockdown they payed only 20% of salaries. Very bad management.

Salaries not in time. Salaries came after 20th of next month. Very bad management. They have no time to think about the betterment of sales team.

Its a good company , Good opportunities to learn and in salary issue compare to other some low , most of the people left company because of salary only i am also

...ire you for other role and after joining it will be different 4. Lala system 5. Salary is not as per market standards 6. Old generation vs new generation competition 7. Low salary high expectations 8. No PIP etc if your manager not satisfied with your job he will not discuss on improvement direct fire 9. Humans doesn’t work here devils work here 10. Logistics is horrible
