Good thing salary comes on 1st of Every month.

Dislikes

No job security, once the project is over they don't have much client to move you in some other projects, were you are forced to resign. Salery dedection is very high , HR doesn't gives any clarity of the dedection which is worst policy.

Salary hike is the most frustrating part. I worked for 3 years and my salary got hiked by 6k per month in total 3 years.

As per our project its good work life balance

Dislikes

... or bagging more project based on current. The team never gets compensated well. Earlier cycle was from April then july now we would get increments in Nov salary so its really demotivating.

Heavy internal politics. 100% no job security Favoritism from Manger, no matter what you giving to organization NO free transportation, they are charging for cab even after charges not giving cab for beyond location which they introduce after covid and giving fake reason by admin team for not providing transport. After all everything is depend on Manger and how much you are close person for him.

work satisfaction is good. learning prospective is good

Dislikes

Salary deducted in alternate months. when you reach to high salary then salary get deducting and mentioning this is arrear and no reversal of deducted amount. also this organization can fire or terminate any tenure candidate at any point of time, just put employee in low performance suddenly and ask resign with employee. they do not follow or abide resignation policy they do not give 90 days time to employee for notice period, they quickly release employee. due to bad management
