Salary credited on time. Hybrid work-mode with enough leniency. Cab Facility. Affordable food at Canteen. Huge campus at Jigani.

Dislikes

Freshers aren’t appreciated. Hardly any skill development or learnings provided. No support during my initial months. Full of politics. Average working experience with the employees/seniors. No Team outings. No gatherings.

...negative....HCLT or Wipro these companies are kind of Desi companies...if u r 3.1 + above band then 15-20 % salary they will make as bonus and wipe out

No salary increase from past 2 years, its luck for you if your manager hear your query, also 1-2 years of experience HR will be top of your head doesn't matter how much experienced you are

Job security, international client base, on-site, decent facilities in office, multiple technologies so you can move internally and learn.

Dislikes

Poor salary hike, people loyal to the company are under appreciated, no mechanism to match the salary of existing employees as per market standards no matter how skilled or certified we are. Lazy employees who are in good books with managers are not questioned leading to more workload on employees who are hard working. Regional politics and use of regional languages by senior management.

...l of a person working at HCL. Appraisal cycles are always delayed and postponed. Moreover they also deduct your salary on name on EPB monthly even after you got 9/10 rating.
