Good learning if you get project.

.... Alot people are on bench. As a fresher you have to wait too long for project. With promotion your workload will increase but not your salary.

I have got the guidance of good managers who has helped me improve my skills immensely. I got a good projects . I learned a lot. It gave me a lot of chances to improve and grow.

Salary and hikes are poor. Work-life balance is poor.

The management is biased towards clients only as they are paying. Birlasoft management doesn't care about employees. All they want is headcount anyhow to get a day's billing. We as employees had to calculate our own shift allowances and the PMO was incompetent.

You will get descent benefits and salary when you have hired.timing are flexible but also depends upon the project which you are going to work.

Work life balance is all depends upon the project but some project having very bad work life balance. Appraisals are worst either you are doing best or you are exceptionally good .
