...s and layoff every hard-working sale employee on the grounds of corona pandemic. After all these years of working they layoff entire sales team who actually generated salary for every body in the company and save those who are having very high salary and manipulate the sale data and have zero knowledge about the products, geography of potential market and rate of all medical devices. They leave the employee to die in this Corona out break.

...this show this company for those who show they are working but not in reality. Salary not on time after 12-15 th date in a month . No insurance No growth and appraisals Only 20 % salary since march. HR will Makes you fool in CTC and you will get very little. No insentives policy believe me. No investment in business for generating the sale. Pathetic marketing planning. All product range having quality complaints. Volumetric disposable sales but only 1/4 of the amount is going to be add in your individual sale order file. They will track your movements by tracking device. HR and management all are saving their job by destroying every other employees career.

making your seniors happy is more important than doing your actual job. Salary is never on time if you are late even by a few minutes it will become a big issue.

Over pressuring Superiors expecting immediate business within no time. No proper support and the policy of Expenses reimbursement is horrible once in 3 months or more and salary doesn't have a fixed date

..., they only need dealers. Higher management least care for the sales front line. Unless you have too low package. No benefits as such except for diwali bonus and early increment of few %. No medical insurance.
