Training is good but there is sky and land difference between what they train and what they expect in operations

There is a lot to improve in terms of manpower management and operations Hiring of associat is just in and out no one wants to work in such a low salary and huge pressure. Just a logo of TATA no management. Manpower turn over is very bad. And there is a lot to tell which I can't write on post all scam going behind the scene.

Company were you can Learn a lot, Do some crazy stuff on your own, and Grow. Growth is slow but I have seen people growing.

Compensation is very poor. Usually half of what your competitor is offering. Office infra is poor

...anagement is transparent. There is huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chiling. Compa5 policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.

Dislikes

There is lot of politics and the management doesn't address our issuses. Salary is decent but career growth is slow. There is bond of two yeara before which you cannot resign. On the job training is not given to new joinees.

The company is open to innovation and readily adopts latest technology. I love the fact that I am a part of a team that markets reliable, high quality products and has a global client base. Another plus point is my colleagues come from various cultural backgrounds and we work happily in collaboration.

Dislikes

Compensation is decent but growth is slow. Sometimes I have to work 10-11 hours straight in a day. I do receive appreciation from my colleagues but They go mostly unnoticed during my appraisal..
