Many points..right from work culture, ethics, values & principles ,unprofessionalism mgmt, exploitation, to salary disparities

Nice job .good security ,all types of culture celebrate in this company,all management are very politely

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn't address our problems salary is decent but career growth is very slow

Very bad experience to work with future group, the management team work is very poor, salary is too bad in lockdown period...Only 50% salary providing from Apr. 20 to till date,.......

Not providing salary as per offer letter "GPM" HR cheating with employees......

Good work environment and culture. Teammates are supportive and frankly. There is huge cafeteria and gaming area for chilling. Company policy are good.

Dislikes

Salary are good but career growth is low. It's a contractual basis jobs there is no security in jobs.

...oyees. Cashiers do not get to have a seat even if there are no customers around. Too less salary even as a contract employee.
