I am working as third party payroll. Almost negligible hoke in salary. I got 6000 salary hike in last 5 years. Salary is worst. They do maintain your personal informations like birthdays, anniversaries etc neither you are part of Diwali, holi, Christmas, new year celebrations. Work environment is too bad for third party payroll employees.

HR Culture is very bad. The good people from HR have left the organization over the past few years and the worst-of-the-lot have been promoted to HR leadership positions. The day-to-day working experience is very poor and there is a lot of unnecessary stress due to incompetent management. Join only if you are willing to put your brains aside and ready to work like a donkey.

...en 2 years work experience but 0 growth level I daily perform in all activities and all big day schemes still my salary is Lower then those who never complete their targets

...having no knowledge. They can just threaten and pressurize go get the work done. Please dont fall trap to HR politics of low salary.
