...e to the customer, company starving for funds effecting day to day maintenance . No pay rivision, poor promotion prospects.

Since the company is run by Government of India the talent assessment is not done properly and there are low chance of going to the top if have not been appointed to higher rank.

... PSU organisation but every one knows that in govt sector promotional avanue is same for all and limited salary but very good in job security as well as good oportunity to learn at this organisation with different field

...lementing the project due to restriction at all level and accountabilty matters.Also the increment of salary is 3% uniformal to all whether good working or not that does not matter.Also decession taking in upper lecel is very delated due to govt sector accountability resulting more time in giving service is a hurdle to department as well as to customers

BSNL gives the opportunity to learn innovate independent decision making. It has helped me to rectify systems in my own way. It has given me diverse technology to learn and work with. From transmission to switch , from battery power plant to cables , from administration to teaching. I am indebted to this company

Pay and perks is not decent . Since I take work load it has increased . I have to be present in diverse meetings even if subject is not under my control. I have rt I work more then 12 hours most of the time

First of all I must say I was obliged to work at such place which not only gave me the opportunity to prove my capabilities but also helped me develop a lot of new skills. I worked as a Network and System operator for 3.5 years . I also handled the sim activation of customers which helped me improve my communication and customer handling skills to a great extent. It was a great experience working there, both as an employee as well as a learner. I will be looking forward for a positive response from naukri & resume working soon. Thank You
