There is nothing to like about the company.

.... They show you starbursts in the beginning, right after training things change. They will provide chum change in exchange for a salary if you fail your OJT. This is not conveyed by the HR in the beginning. They have no procedures for anything regarding with the HR. No support from the training team. No support from the quality team. There are no audits or further support that can be provided for the improvement of advisors. Everything is very fake. No work life balance. They make you work for 12hrs to 14hrs straight for weeks without providing any weekly offs. They don’t even let you take breaks during working hours. Only meetings in morning shifts, day ends without any positive conversations. Micromanagement is pathetic. No support from managers, TL’s are more like jailers who only can see through numbers. They ask to avoid any funerals but to work on the same day. TL’s are not supportive at all. Not qualified for a role of an advisor. No work strategies. TL’s are gender biased. This is the worst company to work with.

...their own clients as well No regards to female employees comfort or even safety They practice forceful resignation because they dont want to pay any severance, hence keep extending the probation period, due to poor enviornment and chances to shut down they keep hiring people with lower level of experience, inorder to save money they compromise on quality. HR is least bothered to control the havocs they will infact put you in layoff que if you try raise your voice. Would not recommend it to anyone. Its a duped case

...company to work for. Worst people nd worst management. I worked with them for 1.6 years trust me guys they are so fake they clearly cheat you while paying salary , they are frauds and they make fake promises to the parents and as teachers you face all the backlash. I would suggest please don’t join these frauds.

The curriculum is quite uniquely designed.

Dislikes

...Their maximum trainers are female yet there is no provision for maternity leave. The salary disbursal was on time in the initial two months after which it was always late. Trainers are not allowed to be strict however it sometimes becomes necessary to be strict as not all the students can be handled in same way.
