Absolutely no work life balance Bad salary compensation acc to industry standards Terrible hikes Management openly favors product team in the company while the service side employees are completely ignored while being overworked. They'd rather pay a new college hire double your salary then give you a decent hike They boast about horizontal and vertical career opportunities whereas in reality it's maybe 1 or 2 out of 100 who get that opportunity as long as you're a yes man

I just started working with betsol, In term of salary it is good we are getting salary ob last day of every month,i don't have idea about appraisal and job security as of now. but overall work culture is good.

Nothing but i think there is no extra accomodations

No transportation No night shift allowance Management is full of politics No promotion if you are not a boot licker of K***l or his companions Dirty politics at the time of hike Managers and Hr are all in this mess and they make sure there faults are not reachable to there reporting manager No exit interview Many more
