Company higher management is very supportive. But on ground level isn't. Company policies are good ..

Dislikes

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn't address our isse. Salary is decent but career growth is slow.

...etic... They deducted my colleague's fnf amount.. because he left the company... Salary what they show looks good... But its like just giving you money so that you can increase your work experience.... Salary what they show... And what they actually give doesn't match.... Managers are worst... They themselves can't talk and behave professionally and expect us to behave professionally.... Even dealers and contractors are fed up of Berger's services... because of such kind of attitude showed by managers in company.. Also work time so flexible.. that you can work till 12am or even 1am.. you can also work on Sundays... Basically you will not have any work life balance or personal life... Only drink beer with your managers and you only will have to pay the bill....your manager will not pay... Gaurav Kumar Gupta & Nishant Sharma (HR)... both are fraud...In name of training they give only 2 days product knowledge training and later tell us to visit field for self training...
