The company is always ready to invest in New Project , line expansion etc. I am great full that I was the part of the organization got lots of opportunity to work with new projects .

Dislikes

Compensation is decent, but growth is slow. The work pressure is tremendous. Need to work in season time at least 10 to 12 hours in a day . 24 hours need to online in cell phone due to solve various problems. There is no on -job training for freshers, but senior like me have to guide them step -by - step, which is a pain some times.

Dislikes

Improper management, no growth, nothing new to learn. No one to guide. Engineer employees are doing managerial or unskilled work which can be done by technicans.

...y do not help us in anyway there just do not expect us to do well in the market. There is a lot of problem with salary here salary is not available on time here we are given some kind of salary before we joint the work and we get very little salary in hand and without any reason our salary is cut hair.
