Dislikes
Compensation is decent, but growth is slow. The work pressure is tremendous. Need to work in season time at least 10 to 12 hours in a day . 24 hours need to online in cell phone due to solve various problems. There is no on -job training for freshers, but senior like me have to guide them step -by - step, which is a pain some times.
Work Details
My work is slightly challenging as I have to look after the entire Purchase, Supply Chain and Store for all units of BBPL and GAPL . Always tracking with production and issue as well as manage to maintain day to day yield , FIFO wise issue and GMP.
Work days: Monday to Saturday (Flexible Timings)

From my point of view it is most most 3rd class company, if you have no another option then you will come to BBPL otherwise you will continue to your current employer . There is no particular job for a store executive. As a store executive your main job is loading /unloading, labour management & others laborious job, no system work,daily walk upto minimum 9 to 10 km.
